How do I return an item?
Bradshaws Discount Lighting have a 7-day no reason returns policy for all products as required under the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
The following conditions apply to all returns of this type:-
You must inform us in writing (By Fax or e-mail) within 7 Days of receipt of your order that you wish to return them or have any damages, faults or shortages.
Bradshaws Discount Lighting can not accept responsibility after this period.
The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging , complete with all other associated components sent with them i.e. lamps.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.
The cost of returning the goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a
collection is arranged by us using our carriers. Alternatively goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation.
For complete orders over £50 net being returned, or if an item returned makes the new invoice value less than £50 net, the cost of carriage incurred for sending the goods out will be deducted from the refund. The current rate of carriage is £5 per parcel.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the goods.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
Damaged or Broken glass doesn't constitute as faulty goods.
Bradshaws Discount Lighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees, time taken from place of employment etc.
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
